The company OVERPRINT was founded by Yves Ismaël.
the company

Based on this study, and after several months of analysis and research, Yves Ismaël decided to begin developing new machines capable of masking erroneous text by overprinting it with new, compliant text printable on any type of flat or shaped substrate.
To meet industrial requirements and manage large quantities of packaging, he invented, 25 years ago, an innovative patented solution that became, a few months later, the first prototype of the overprinting machine.
Giving new life to packaging destined for disposal thus fulfilled two objectives dear to Yves Ismaël:
– Enabling his clients to save money by recycling their obsolete packaging
– Contributing to the sustainable reduction of industrial pollution by becoming an active participant in the preservation of nature and the environment.

Today, we count among our hundreds of clients some of the most prestigious names in the pharmaceutical, luxury agri-food, and cosmetics industries.
Thanks to our patented overprinting process, we bring millions of packages back into compliance every year, always striving to contribute to the protection of nature and the environment, notably through our innovative concepts and technologies.
We position ourselves as the market leader in the transformation and recovery of non-compliant packaging.
We continue our natural development with a strong commitment to an even more responsible economy and pledge to keep innovating while respecting nature and the environment. We already use food-grade, water-based, solvent-free inks and are developing new facilities with a controlled carbon footprint, such as our future production line designed entirely around laser printing technology.
In addition, our new production unit in Portugal is equipped with 190 solar panels installed on its roof, ensuring our energy self-consumption.
