OVERPRINT offers a delayed differentiation solution for packaging, streamlining your packaging needs and simplifying reference management.
Packaging is first produced in a neutral version, containing only common information, and then customized on demand by printing variable elements (barcodes, batch numbers, SKUs, ingredients).
This approach reduces the number of SKUs, allows the same packaging to be used for multiple products, increases flexibility, and quickly meets market demands thanks to short lead times and Just-in-Time production.
Small batches for regulatory registration
Small batches
OVERPRINT offers fast production of small packaging batches from 10 to 1,000 units, ideal for regulatory registration purposes. Lead times are short: 8 days for digital printing and 10–12 days for offset printing, with a wide range of finishing options including hot stamping, debossing, embossing, and lamination.
With a highly flexible, à-la-carte service, OVERPRINT also prints primary packaging (jars, tubes, aluminum containers), as well as leaflets and labels, enabling product registration and market launch in less than 15 days.
